New look PlanetIMEX set to make waves

Dive into the ocean and discover a coral reef brimming with life and activity – PlanetIMEX returns with a new look 12 – 16 October. IMEX’s virtual experience has evolved since its launch in May and promises visitors an exotic, vibrant, aquatic experience.

Following the success of its island life online concept back in May, the IMEX team once again took inspiration from its 2020 Talking Point “NATURE – What we can do for nature, and what nature can do for us”. This time, in celebration and honour of keeping the world’s sea life and oceans clean, clear and abundant, they’ve designed an underwater dream world.

The October edition of PlanetIMEX centres around a colourful coral reef brimming with fish and hidden treasure. A giant clam shell hosts the main education stage while a message in a bottle is home to the new, must-read PlanetIMEX Daily News. Perhaps most poignantly, a healthy turtle swimming above the other sea creatures represents the place to go for all sustainability stories. Once again, the new PlanetIMEX’s features are interactive and designed to encourage exploration and reward curiosity.

Registration goes live in the next few days. All education and other experiences, including a new concept - Monday Funday on 12 October, are provided free of charge.
