EuBea Festival is the essential meeting place where the whole European event world gathers during two inspiring days.
In 2014, EuBea established a new landmark for the Event Industry by transforming a traditional Event Festival into a truly Live Communication experience, with the introduction of live presentations of the shortlisted events to the Corporate Jury and a newly conceived interactive way of showcasing work to the entire event community. The EuBea Awards will not only offer the opportunity to celebrate, but also to exchange ideas and create business opportunities with top professionals from all over Europe.
Over three days in November 2015 (5th– 7th), the whole European Event Industry will come together in Seville at the EuBea Festival – the First International Festival of Events and Live Communication – to learn from the best practices and to celebrate the creativity which is innovating the landscape of Live Communication.
Over 400 top professionals from 25 countries.
The Festival of Events is built around three key elements:
– Live show –
The best european event agencies will showcase their projects to the Jury Panel and to the Delegates in a public audition. 90 shortlisted agencies (presenting in three rooms at the same time) will have 10 minutes each to convince the Jury: a three minutes video presenting the project, a 3 minutes speech by Agency’s head and a Q&A session.
Who will demonstrate to possess the e-factor? The EuBea Awards Gala ceremony will celebrate the best during a great show. The best European creativity showcased and explained in one day. Where else?
– Interaction –
The Festival is the perfect environment to exchange ideas with your peers from different countries and cultures, to create business opportunities with top professionals from all over Europe. Get the chance to interact, share, debate and work through ideas to take away best practice solutions.
The Leadership Conference Programme on the second day of the Festival offer Delegates outstanding keynotes, round tables, technical workshops that will help you get some inspiration for your next event.
– Networking –
A set of activities designed to facilitate the networking of the Delegates coming from different countries and cultures varies from an Early morning excercise session (thursday 5 and friday 6), to a fantastic Tapas night (thursday 6) that will take everyone experiencing the magics of Sevilla. From a Flamenco evening (thursday 6) to the Gala dinner and the After Party on Friday night.
And, last but not least, the outstanding leisure programme to discover the beauties of Sevilla, it’s province and the Andalucia region. A set of complimentary activities offered to the Delegates of the Festival that will make your Saturday a day to remember.
